Renovation of the Bürgel Reichstag Begins

Construction work on the redesign of the “Reichstag” in Bürgel can begin this week, earlier than originally planned. The design was developed during a workshop in collaboration with Bürgel residents.

The hedges newly planted this spring have already grown magnificently. They will form the framework of the redesigned green space. A striking stone stele and numerous seating areas will complement the space, creating an inviting place for people to meet and relax.

Construction is expected to take three to four weeks. During this time, there may be temporary restrictions in the access area. We appreciate your understanding.

The inauguration of the redesigned square, featuring a small festive event, is planned for early September.
