Design Advisory Board: Minutes of the March meeting are online

The Design Advisory Board of the City of Offenbach am Main held its first meeting of the year as an online meeting on March 27, 2025.

In the public part of the meeting, the Design Advisory Board dealt with the new concept for the former KWU site / Kaiserlei, which was discussed for the first time under the potential project sponsor AGB. The focus of the consultation was the depth of elaboration on the structural density, height development and distribution of uses, as well as the qualities of the open space planning. The Design Advisory Board attaches particular importance to a central district hub, which requires a high-quality and sustainable design.
