Advice on the design of buildings in the city center
04.03.2024 – On Monday, March 11, the district architects from bb22 architekten + stadtplaner in Frankfurt, commissioned by the city of Offenbach, will begin their consulting services for property owners and businesses in the city center.
The architects provide information on the contents of the design statutes and the special use statutes, provide technical advice on upcoming modernization, renovation or repair measures, help with larger projects in coordination with the responsible specialist departments of the city of Offenbach and point out possible ways of implementation and financing.

"Because many people contribute to the overall appearance of the city center, for example tradespeople in the way they advertise and present their goods or property owners through investments in their buildings and their rental practices, we would like to invite people to take a different look at the current situation and the design possibilities."
In addition to directly approaching property owners and tradespeople, the district architects offer specialist advice and are planning further activities to beautify the city, such as tours or themed evenings, for example on shop window and lighting design.
