Second meeting of the detail groups
17.06.2015 – The second meetings of the "Housing" and "Economy" detail groups took place on June 9 and June 16, 2015.
In the discussion with representatives from administration, politics, business and citizens, the results of the event Masterplan Offenbach: Concepts were taken up again and discussed in more detail. The questions were:
- Are thebusinesstypes/target envisaged at the concepts event suitable for this area? Which ones are missing?
- Have the framework conditions been fully investigated? Which ones are missing?
- What are keyprojects/measures or concept proposals for the profiling of the areas?
- How could the future profile of the area be summarized in a slogan/description?

After a review of the results obtained so far and input from the AS&P planners, the detailed groups returned to the potential areas already known from the previous events.
Together, they discussed which business types and target groups are of particular importance for the respective area and which may still be missing. In addition, the representatives dealt with the question of whether and to what extent the framework conditions had already been determined.
The focus then turned to the future development and therefore the potential of the areas. There was much controversy about how the respective areas should be profiled. As a result, initial ideas for the image of the different areas were derived and measures for their implementation were developed. However, it was not always possible to identify a uniform slogan. Finally, a preview of the program for the plenary event was given.
