Information on the Bieber Waldhof-West development area
02.08.2019 – Around 600 residential units are to be built in the designated ten-hectare area between Bieber and Waldhof. An urban planning competition was launched by the Hessian Ministry of the Environment in order to develop the new area in a high-quality and sustainable manner while at the same time treating nature with care.
In a well-attended event on Thursday, August 1, 2019, the Office for Urban Planning, Transport and Construction Management provided information about the construction area on site. The information is also documented online here.
The urban and open space planning ideas competition has been completed. Ten entries were submitted, which were on display from October 28 to November 8, 2019 in an exhibition at Bernardbau, Herrnstraße 63, in Offenbach.
