Bieber Waldhof West - Presentation of the results of the building land dialogs

The city of Offenbach is planning Bieber Waldhof West, a sustainable residential area with 600 new apartments.

The kick-off event in October was followed by an information week, during which the procedure and initial results of the commissioned expert reports on the topics of species protection studies, climatic effects and precipitation management in the future residential area were presented. Experts also provided information on heating and energy supply concepts as well as communal living.

Three public workshops focused on topics such as mobility, public space, communal living, the coexistence of new and existing neighborhoods and the needs of young people.

On December 8, 2021, from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., the city is inviting people to take part in an online event at which the results will be presented and an outlook on the further planning process will be given.
