However, it is not always easy to get back into work and return to previous employment. One thing is clear: good preparation and information make it easier to return to work. And depending on the individual's "previous history", there are various offers and funding opportunities that support women and men in their professional comeback.

In the city of Offenbach, interested parties can obtain free information and advice on various topics relating to returning to work at lectures in the "Weitblick" series of events, which is offered by the Offenbach Adult Education Center in cooperation with the Equal Opportunities Officer (Offenbach Employment Agency), the Offenbach Women's Office and the Municipal Continuing Education Advice Center webb.
