Schoolwork, grades, classmates, breaks, teachers - because school is often stressful, "Playfully relaxed" is a health promotion project at schools with afternoon supervision. Funded by the GKV Hessen (statutory health insurance) and in cooperation with the Frankfurt-based association "Mehr Zeit für Kinder e.V.", the "Playfully relaxed" pilot project teaches children and professionals about stress prevention and strategies for dealing with stress. Four schools in Offenbach are currently taking part in the project, which is initially scheduled to run for three years and is tailored to the needs of the schools and the individual situations in all-day care. Since the start at the beginning of 2023, over 350 pupils and over 60 professionals have already been reached.
