Advice on financial support for families

In May 2024, an open advice center for families opened for the first time in Offenbach. It provides information on how to apply for financial support. This information includes, for example, housing benefit, child benefit, child supplement or educational support. There is also information on subsidies for daycare, advance maintenance payments and benefits from the job center or employment agency.

Many families do not know that they can apply for this support. To ensure that this information is better received by families, advice is available on the 3rd Tuesday of every month. You can come without registering. Many employees from the offices in Offenbach help to fill out applications.
The counseling sessions take place from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Employment Agency on the 1st floor, room 107, Domstraße 68, in Offenbach.

The next consultation dates are: August 20, September 17, October 15, November 09 and December 17, 2024.
