There are lots of great events for adults, children and families in Offenbach in December.

Christmas fairy tale at the Capitol Theater: On November 30 and December 1, the Capitol Theater will be showing the Christmas fairy tale "The Devil with the Three Golden Hairs". The story is about Klara. She is a lucky child and experiences a great adventure. On her way, she meets a gang of robbers, has to solve difficult tasks and even travels all the way to hell. There she wants to take three golden hairs from the devil. Visitors to the theater can see whether she succeeds. Admission costs 12 euros.

70 years of the children's book exhibition at the Klingspor Museum: The children's book exhibition at the Klingspor Museum is celebrating its 70th anniversary this year. On display are many special picture books from all over the world. The exhibition looks back: What has changed in 70 years? Which books are still popular today? Which ones would be designed differently today? And what might children's books look like in the future? New and particularly beautiful books are also on display. Visitors can also get creative themselves: They can make confetti and garlands. The opening hours are: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday: 1-6 pm. Friday: 14-21 hrs. Saturday, Sunday, public holiday: 11 am - 6 pm. Admission is free for everyone on Fridays.

Exhibition "Weather, Climate, Change" at SCAPE°: The "Weather, Climate, Change" exhibition can be seen at SCAPE° in Frankfurter Straße 39. It explains weather and climate with many hands-on stations. For example, visitors can find out how wind is created, how weather is measured and why the climate is important for our lives. The exhibition invites visitors to try out and discover. Opening hours: Tuesday to Friday from 14.00 to 19.00. Saturday from 11.00 to 18.00. Admission is free of charge.

Free smartphone and internet help from Di@-Lotsen: Di@-Lotsen offer free help with smartphones, tablets and the internet in December. The volunteers explain everything calmly and step by step. For example, they will show you how WhatsApp works, how to send photos or how to surf the internet safely. The consultation will take place on December 2 and December 16, 2025 from 2 to 4 p.m. in the Christine-Kempf-Haus in Offenbach-Bürgel (Schönbornstraße 67).
