Possible incorrect requests for payment in the area of registration

Due to a malfunction in the registration software, there may have been isolated cases of incorrect requests for payment from the Offenbach Citizens' Registration Office in the last 4 weeks. Due dates and addressees of payment requests sent in connection with vehicles may be incorrect.

The fault has since been rectified.

Anyone who has received a payment request in connection with motor vehicles in error or has found errors in the payment request, please contact buergerbuerooffenbachde, stating the vehicle registration number. The Citizens' Office team will then contact you as soon as possible.
