For gaming machines with electronic counters, please download and complete the Excel spreadsheet "Appendix A to the gaming machine tax by gaming stake" below. For devices without electronic counters, please download and complete the Excel spreadsheet "Appendix B to the gaming machine tax by fixed amount" below.

Please then submit the completed tables to the tax department of the City of Offenbach am Main using the upload option at the end of this form.
