The City of Offenbach offers many opportunities for citizens to participate.
You can put forward your ideas for Offenbach as a citizens' project on our "Mitreden" platform. If your citizens' project receives 142 approvals, the city councillors will decide on it.

Submit a complaint
Defect report
There are many ways to submit a complaint to the City of Offenbach. If it concerns a defect in a public space, for example littering, a broken kerb or defective play equipment in a playground, please use the defect reporting app. The app provides us with the exact coordinates of the reported defect and enables us to respond quickly.

Vehicles without license plates or with expired temporary license plates can be reported by calling 069 8065-2559 or sending an e-mail to autowrackoffenbachde.
You can reportdisruptions to public safety and order without a current danger situation from Monday to Friday between 8 am and 3 pm by calling 069 8065-2860 or sending an e-mail to buergerservice-stadtpolizeioffenbachde.
