Online services in the reporting system
In cooperation with the IT service provider ekom21, the Citizens' Office offers various online services relating to registration, passport and ID card law.
Citizens can - without having to make an appointment and independently of the opening hours of the Citizens' Office - register or re-register in Offenbach (requires ID card or EU ID card with PIN), deregister a secondary residence, request a simple or extended registration certificate (with a greater scope of information), the entry of transmission blocks and information from the population register online and check whether the passport or ID card applied for is ready for collection.
The Federal Office of Justice can be used to conveniently request extracts from the central trade register and certificates of good conduct.
