Second city walk with Mehmet Harmanci

After nine city walks in 2017, the volunteer center is continuing the exciting and successful project "I'll show you my city". Every month, the volunteer center invites people to take a walk or a bike tour. The aim of "I'll show you my city" is for participants to get to know Offenbach from new perspectives, which Offenbach residents of different backgrounds and ages show them in a very personal way. It is not a classic city tour; the guides choose three or four places that are special to them and with which they have a special history.

For a second time, the volunteer center was able to recruit Mehmet Harmanci as a walking guide for the "I'll show you my city" project. On his tour of Offenbach's south-west, the former city councillor invites you to experience the places that are special to him. These reflect the places close to his heart, culture - "Kültür" in Turkish - voluntary work and education. There will also be a bit of a wedding, but we won't reveal any more at this point. The two-hour tour starts on Friday, February 23 at 4 pm. Please register by email at offenbach-hilftfzofde by February 20, after which participants will be informed of the meeting point.
