Qualifications

All over Hesse, further training is taking place for those who want to do voluntary work. For many people, this is an important prerequisite for being able to fulfill new tasks - in the management and board work of associations, in their commitment to children or in caring for the elderly. The state of Hesse supports and promotes qualification and coordination measures for volunteer work in the social sector through the Offenbach Volunteer Center (FzOF) in cooperation with the Offenbach Adult Education Center.

In addition, the volunteer center itself offers qualifications, such as the annual senior citizens' companion training course. Other organizations in Offenbach also often offer free training courses.
