The diversity of life situations of children and their families characterizes the coexistence of the city of Offenbach with its 140,000 inhabitants. They reflect the colorful life and work in our daycare centers. Our staff work with commitment and professionalism at various locations.
We are looking for full-time (39 hours/week) or part-time educators (m/f/d) for crèche, kindergarten, after-school care and all-day class with immediate effect. Payment is according to TVöD S 8b.
Your areas of work
Nursery work area:
In the crèche, work is generally carried out in fixed reference groups (12 children). Nevertheless, a great deal of emphasis is also placed on overarching work here. In addition to building relationships, individual developmental support, dialogical engagement with the child, language development and the transition from crèche to kindergarten are key features of our work. Trusting cooperation with parents is our top priority.
Kindergarten work area:
Each daycare center has individual pedagogical focuses, which are developed in dialog between children, parents and pedagogical specialists. We see ourselves as an educational institution with high quality standards. The child's abilities and developmental stages are supported holistically and individually. The focus is on the resources and not the deficits of the individual child. Our focus is on the following areas of education and development Body, senses, language, thinking, feeling, compassion as well as values. The participation of the children and the openness within the groups (25 children) are important to us.
Working area school children:
We want to support the children as a supplement to school, to open up living spaces for them in which they can develop and continue their education without pressure to perform. The children should be encouraged to deal with topics that correspond to their interests and specific stage of life in a child-friendly way and that also touch on socially relevant issues.
