There is no one-size-fits-all approach to part-time training. Each part-time training program is individually agreed between the company/company and the trainee. Good advice is therefore very important.
Everyone should have the opportunity to complete an in-company apprenticeship. A suitable entry into a profession and career enables them to secure their own livelihood. For some, the path to a vocational qualification is only possible on a part-time basis.
By offering part-time vocational training, parents, family members, people with a history of flight and migration, people with health impairments, but also people in competitive sport can obtain a vocational qualification. Part-time offers also help to secure skilled workers.
The Hesse Part-time Training Service Center, which is based at the Bildungswerk der Hessischen Wirtschaft e.V., supports and advises businesses and companies as well as those interested in training.
