Migration counseling for adults and young people

Immigrants receive individual advice and active support on their way to their new living environment. Full-time migration advisors determine the individual support needs of immigrants on the basis of professional case management. The advisor and immigrant then develop a support plan together. The immigrant is actively involved in the implementation of the agreed integration measures within a set timeframe. In this context, particular emphasis is placed on including all aspects of integration support. For the acquisition of sufficient German language skills, this means integrating the state-funded integration course into the overall support plan in a meaningful way. Advice is provided free of charge, confidentially and independently.

Migration counseling for adult immigrants (MBE) and youth migration services (JMD) support immigrants with their first steps in Germany.
They also help with filling out forms from the social welfare office or the Mainarbeit. Contacts are arranged by telephone.
