Online application for billposting for associations

Offenbach associations that require posters for an event can request them from the Office for Cultural Management.
Please note: You can only send the application if all mandatory fields marked with * are completed. Once you have successfully submitted the application, you can save or print it out.

Requests for posters must be made at least 4 weeks before the start of the poster campaign. The posters may only be in DIN A1 format. The minimum quantity is 20 posters, no odd quantities. Posters are usually put up on Monday mornings. The minimum hanging period is two weeks. Please deliver your posters to the Office for Cultural Management, Herrnstraße 61 (2nd floor, House A), 63065 Offenbach, no later than 12 days before the requested hanging period (Wednesdays).

The hanging costs are EUR 0.22 per day and poster (area) plus 19% VAT for all associations and non-profit organizations. Municipal organizational units pay 0.40 euros plus VAT.

If there are fewer hanging spaces available than requested for the above-mentioned period, the Office for Cultural Management is entitled to reduce the number of hanging spaces. There is no entitlement to posters.

Applications will be processed in chronological order of receipt. If the posters are not delivered on time or cannot be hung for other reasons for which the organizer is responsible, a one-off processing fee of 30 euros will be charged.
