A brochure on Offenbach's printing history was produced in cooperation between the City of Offenbach, the Offenbach-Post and the International Working Group on Printing and Media History. Lord Mayor and Head of Cultural Affairs Dr. Felix Schwenke, who was unable to attend the press event for health reasons, said: "The history of printing has become increasingly important in our city since the Klingspor Museum and the Haus der Stadtgeschichte, together with the International Senefelder Foundation and the Dr. Marschner Foundation, initiated the printing workshop in the Bernardbau, which opened in 2021. The current brochure is a further step towards making visible what makes our city special. And from Senefelder to Mozart to the continued existence of manroland sheetfed, there is a great deal here, and a great deal of significance." On Friday, November 3, Dorothee Ader, Director of the Klingspor Museum, Harry Neß, Chairman of the International Working Group for Printing and Media History, Jürgen Eichenauer, Director of the Haus der Stadtgeschichte, publisher Dirk Ippen and the Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the Offenbach Post, Philipp Keßler, presented the publication in the city library.

The brochure has a print run of 20,000 copies and was recently published as a supplement to the Offenbach Post. The brochure is now available at the Haus der Stadtgeschichte (Herrnstraße 61) and the Klingspor Museum (Herrnstraße 80) and is distributed free of charge to anyone interested. It contains seventeen illustrated articles by well-known local authors, which were previously printed as newspaper articles in the Offenbach-Post and are dedicated to various aspects of Offenbach's printing history. The included city map offers the opportunity to walk along the stations mentioned in the texts. In addition to the City of Offenbach am Main, Stadtwerke Offenbach Holding (SOH) also covered part of the printing costs.
