Four artists, four perspectives - the theme of nature as a unifying element.
The Eisfabrik, winner of the City of Offenbach's 2024 Culture Prize, is showing paintings, paper collages, photography and aerial photography in the "Greenland Hotel" exhibition.
Each position approaches the representation of nature in its own way and thus opens up an individual approach to forms, colors, structures, moods and ways of looking at things.
The composed interplay creates a dialog between the individual works.
Anna Superfly
Anna Kirchner's aerial photographs open up unusual and abstract perspectives on landscapes and nature. The element of water in particular plays a central role in form, structure and color. The color-intensive works created from a bird's eye view with their graphic structures and natural formations convey vastness and tranquility.
With her exclamation "Come fly with me!" Anna Kirchner formulates an attitude of change of perspective and openness.
Her work is characterized by a closeness to nature. The element of water in particular plays a central role: it fascinates her in form, structure and color palette and is present as a recurring motif in many of her works. From the variety of landscapes, she consciously selects the motif, detail and medium and condenses the moment into a work of lasting effect.
