Obviously something for you: City of Offenbach continues successful female employer campaign
18.05.2026 – The City of Offenbach is continuing its successful personnel marketing campaign "Offenbar was für dich" ("Obviously something for you") and is once again focusing on the people behind the diverse tasks of the city administration. The aim of the campaign is to provide authentic insights into different professional fields and to attract people interested in a career with the City of Offenbach.
This time, the focus is on four employees from the Public Order Office, Youth Welfare Office, Social Welfare Office and the Finance Department. In personal videos, for example, they explain why their job is "obviously for them" and how they take responsibility for Offenbach every day with their work.
Lord Mayor Dr. Felix Schwenke emphasizes: "The City of Offenbach offers meaningful tasks, strong cooperation and a wide range of benefits. With our campaign, we want to show how varied and relevant the work is for our city and that there are committed people behind every single task."
The slogan "Zur Stelle für Offenbach" remains a central component of the campaign and stands for commitment, reliability and close ties with the city. The campaign is accompanied by numerous measures in Offenbach, Frankfurt and Hanau: posters in public spaces, targeted activities in social media and eye-catching advertising materials ensure that the city of Offenbach remains present as a modern employer.
Thomas Heberer, Head of the Human Resources Department, says: "The great response to the previous measures has shown how important authentic insights into everyday working life are. People want to know who is behind an employer and what tasks await them. This is exactly what we convey with real stories from our administration."
The City of Offenbach has already achieved significant success with its personnel marketing measures in recent years: increasing application numbers, great interest in the career fields presented and a high level of attention for the city as an employer. The current campaign builds on this and consistently develops the successful communication further.
