Processing of job applications, necessary processing in connection with pre-contractual legal relationships that arise in connection with the initiation or conclusion of a contract.
3.2) Legal basis for data processing
The legal basis arises from Section 23 of the Hessian Data Protection and Freedom of Information Act (HDSIG) and is based on the legal relationship that arises in the application or initiation phase of the employment contract relationship.

As part of the application process, it is necessary to pass on your data to third parties (responsible specialist offices/departments, superiors, women's and equal opportunities officers, staff council, representatives of severely disabled persons, IT department, inclusion/integration specialist services, etc.). Your personal data will not be passed on to third parties beyond this unless this is necessary to fulfill legal obligations.

Your data will be stored for the duration of the processing of pre-contractual legal relationships or applications, and beyond that until it is clear that there are no longer any legal consequences that would require us to provide evidence and proof.

You have the right to obtain from the controller access to and rectification or erasure of personal data concerning you or restriction of processing as well as the right to object to processing and the right to data portability of your personal data.
If you have given us your consent to process your personal data for a specific purpose or several specific purposes, you can withdraw this consent at any time.
The right to withdraw your consent to data processing does not affect the lawfulness of the data processing carried out prior to your withdrawal.
Your right to erasure of the data will regularly be opposed by our legitimate interest in the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims, which makes the storage and retention of data necessary.
