Information for all property tax payers: Two installments due in May

The City of Offenbach sent out the property tax assessments for the calendar year 2025 on April 10, 2025. All property tax payers are advised that two installments are due for payment in May - provided that no annual payment has been agreed.

The first installment is due retroactively on April 14, 2025 and the second installment is due on May 15, 2025. For taxpayers who have issued the City of Offenbach with a SEPA direct debit mandate, the two equal installments will be debited on May 14 and again on May 15, 2025.

From the third quarter of 2025, the regular payment rhythm will apply again in accordance with the statutory provisions. The property tax is then due on February 15, May 15, August 15 and November 15. If annual payment has been agreed, July 1, 2025 will remain the relevant payment date.
