Improve climate protection
a. Release further data centers in the city only after implementation of a concept for waste heat utilization and the environmental compatibility of emergency power generators.
b. 1000 new trees for Offenbach by the city and sponsors within 5 years.
c. New (old) connection from Isenburger Schloss to Fechenheim with a cycle and pedestrian crossing - (see 2017 competition!).

a. Extension of the right to ask questions at citizens' meetings before committee meetings (also allow questions on agenda items of the current meeting).
b. Create and adopt bylaws for citizen participation with citizens by the city.
c. New statutes on freedom of information (model: DatenschützerRheinMain).

a. Publish detailed planning
b. No commercial monoculture for the Alessa site/InnovationsCampus. Use of the administration building on the first floor for open work spaces and student and communal living on the other floors, continuation of the residential development along the Main line and along the generously renaturalized old arm of the Main (Kuhmühlgraben).
c. Realization of apartments in the first and second development path, as well as cooperative and communal with connection to district heating.
d. Establishment by statute that future development plans and urban development contracts must guarantee alternative, cooperative, shared and intergenerational forms of housing equipped with digital systems (smart home, AAL) in addition to a 30% share of subsidized housing.

a. Make culture clearly visible. o Develop joint strategies in which culture plays a key role and combines living, working, shopping and leisure activities in a meaningful way.

f. Implementation of the "Portalhaus" idea from the master plan on the Mainuferparkplatz with simultaneous development of a large-scale park.

6. traffic turnaround
a. Improvement of cycling - consistent implementation of the cycling decision. Resumption of the idea from the master plan to create an intersection-free cycle lane along the railroad line between Feldstrasse in the east and Helene-Mayer-Strasse in the west.
b. Priority switching for public transport.
c. Active promotion of a southern tangent (additional railroad track, as already planned to the north of development plan 564).
d. Attractive rail connection to long-distance traffic, stops for ICEs.
e. Public discussion of the newly submitted Transport Development Plan 2035. f. Subscription to membership of "Zukunft Rhein-Main", a municipal association of communities affected by aircraft noise.
g. Establishment of an ultra-fine dust measuring station. h. Request from Offenbach to the state government to reduce flight movements at night.
