Citizens meet OB

The Lord Mayor of the City of Offenbach, Dr. Felix Schwenke, visits districts in the city on several dates throughout the year and answers questions and concerns from citizens.
He is also in regular contact with the cultural and sports clubs and pays visits to various clubs.
A tour of the city for new residents: Twice a year, the Lord Mayor invites new residents on a three-hour tour of his city.

    The "OB vor Ort" series has a long tradition and the Lord Mayor is out and about in the city at regular intervals to talk to citizens in the neighborhoods.

Together with the Office for Cultural Management, the Lord Mayor would like to inform the associations and initiatives together with the Forum Kultur about topics that are of interest to cultural workers.

Together with the Sports Office, the Lord Mayorinforms the sports clubs about topics relevant to them and exchanges information with them.

OB in the middle

The Lord Mayor would like to maintain direct contact with the associations and volunteers in Offenbach. With his visits to associations, he wants to gain an insight into what is important for the associations and their voluntary work, what is going well and what is going badly and where support is needed.

New citizen trip

Welcome to Offenbach! Are you new to Offenbach and would like a personal tour of the city from the Lord Mayor? In Offenbach, tours for new citizens take place twice a year.

The almost three-hour tour starts at 11 a.m. at the north entrance to the town hall (Berliner Straße 100). It takes you to sights, parks and monuments, to the city's major construction sites, to the old and the new.

Participation is free of charge, but it is essential to register in advance with the Public Relations Office by calling 069 8065-2846 or sending an e-mail to infooffenbachde.
