Interim building at the forest swimming pool goes into operation

02.02.2026 – The time has finally come: regular pool operations will start at the Waldschwimmbad Rosenhöhe from Monday, February 2, 2026, with the use of the new interim building. Over the coming months, the building will be used by bathers as an alternative place to change and shower.

The operator best OF swim moved into the new interim building on the weekend of January 31/February 1, the completion of which had been delayed due to difficult weather conditions ranging from frost to snow.

The reason for the bridging measures is the construction of a new barrier-free infrastructure building and the associated demolition of the old building. The interim building means that the pool can continue to operate during the construction work. Entrance to the swimming pool will continue to be via the winter ticket office for the time being. Changes and current information will be published regularly on the swimming pool website.

Since 01.09.2024, the pool has been owned by the Stadtwerke Offenbach subsidiary Sport und Freizeit GmbH Offenbach (SFO), with the operating company best OF swim GmbH taking over the operation of the pool.
