Forest swimming pool: air dome remains in place during construction work
17.04.2026 – As part of the ongoing construction work at the Rosenhöhe forest swimming pool, it was decided to leave the air dome in place for the coming summer season for the time being. The decision is based on an overall consideration of various factors and is intended to support the orderly and safe progress of the measures.
In addition to economic aspects, practical and safety-related reasons also play a role. For example, the air dome provides additional protection for the water treatment system, as it reduces potential dust pollution from the construction site. It also supports the implementation of the necessary safety measures on the site.
At the same time, the measure helps to ensure that the swimming pool can continue to operate as reliably as possible for the various user groups, including clubs, schools and the public, during the construction phase.
