Winter season (September/October to April/May):
- Monday: 8 a.m. to 8.30 p.m.
- Tuesday and Thursday: 6.30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
- Wednesday and Friday: 8 am to 9 pm
- Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: 9 am to 4 pm
Additionally for EOSC members: Tuesday and Thursday 6am to 8am and Saturday 7am to 9am
Ticket office closes 60 minutes before the pool closes
The pool closes 20 minutes before closing time
Summer season (April/May to September/October):
- Monday: 8 am to 9 pm (50-meter pool only until 8.30 pm)
- Tuesday and Thursday: 6.30 am to 9 pm
- Wednesday and Friday: 8 am to 9 pm
- Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: 9 am to 8 pm

The swimming pool is located at Auf der Rosenhöhe 29 and is easily accessible by public transport as well as by car.
