Sports facility occupancy

Applications for training sessions, friendly matches or other activities at municipal sports facilities or in school sports halls are processed by the municipal sports department.

Sports clubs can submit applications by e-mail to sportbelegungoffenbachde. The relevant registration forms must be used for this purpose.

One-off, non-periodic bookings must be registered at least 10 days before the start of the event so that the dates can be coordinated in good time with the groundsmen and janitors of the respective sports facility.

If the deadline is not met, the Sports Office cannot guarantee that the sports facility or sports hall will be available on the requested date.

Before the start of a round of matches and after the preliminary round or second round meeting, the current match schedules must be sent to the sports management team immediately for the purpose of scheduling matches at municipal sports facilities or sports halls.

In order to maintain and coordinate the soccer tournaments in the current year, we ask the clubs to register early (at least two months before the planned tournament).

When planning, please note that soccer tournaments can generally only be organized after the end or before the start of a soccer season.
