Walking meeting: Together in Lauterborn

03.04.2023

Invitation to the Spaziertreff.

Under the motto "Ge(h)meinsam im Lauterborn" (Together in Lauterborn), a walking meeting will start on Wednesday, April 5, from 2:30 to 3:30 pm. All age groups with or without walking aids, including those with baby carriages, are invited to take part. The meeting is suitable for anyone who wants to keep fit in the fresh air in the company of others. The walking meeting always takes place on Wednesdays and is free of charge.

The two experienced runners Angela Michels and Sandra Borchert lead the walk. The pace and route are set by the participants. The leaders can therefore also run short or long laps with part of the group. Public toilets and seating are available along the route. The route leads through the allotment gardens to the Caritas center. A drinking and sitting break is possible at a wooded area in the direction of Rosenhöhe. Children can use the break to play frisbee and ball games. Then it's back to the district office. There, the dm drugstore in Offenbach will provide sponsored ISO drinks and participants can finish the run together.

Each runner receives a bonus card and can collect one stamp per run. These can later be redeemed for small prizes such as sports equipment or lunch in the Lauterborn kitchen.

The group meets in front of the Lauterborn district office at Richard-Wagner-Straße 95, which can be reached by bus lines 104 and 105 (Europaplatz stop). For further information, please call 069-83005785.
