Current dates: Bieber Bürgel - Make center

The local partnership consists of interested parties from Bieber and Bürgel. As local partners, they accompany the development of the town center and provide support for projects, campaigns, events and festivals. In addition, the local partnership decides on the funding of projects from the disposition fund.

The meetings are open to everyone. Anyone who is interested is welcome to come along. The meetings of the Local Partnership take place once a quarter.

The core area management supports and coordinates the implementation of the "Vibrant Centers" urban development project on site. It is the local point of contact and caretaker and can be approached at any time by interested parties from the two town centers.

Since October 2024, the Qurban office based in Offenbach has taken over the tasks of core area management. The five-member team with a broad range of expertise includes Markus Schenk, Michael Englert and Jose Herandez. The team is looking forward to exchanging ideas with you about the Bieber and Bürgel town centers.

The core area management offers consultation hours for all interested parties to exchange ideas and discuss current topics. These take place on the following dates:

• Bieber: Wednesdays from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. in the Bieber district office.
• Bürgel: Tuesdays from 13:00 to 15:00 at the TriAngolo ice cream parlor (Langstraße 3)

The district office at Aschaffenburger Straße 2 is also open on Tuesdays from 9 am to 1 pm and Wednesdays from 1 pm to 5 pm. Jose Hernandez from the core area management team is on site to talk to interested parties.

District architect Thekla Sturm shows owners in the town centers of Bieber and Bürgel possible ways of renovating, modernizing and financing their buildings or stores. She also provides free advice on funding opportunities and Offenbach's bylaws.
