Species protection

In addition to general species protection, some animals are even subject to special species protection under the Federal Nature Conservation Act. The City of Offenbach's Office for the Environment, Energy and Climate Protection will be happy to advise you on the subject of species protection, for example when renovating a building or dealing with the nests of protected hornets, bumblebees or bees. Further information, including on individual animals, can be found on this page.
