Offenbach. Artfully and creatively staged

17.07.2022 – The city of Offenbach combines old and new architecture, people from different cultures, Offenbach is a centrally located business location, lies on the Main, is family-friendly and much more. But because Offenbach is also home to creative people from various disciplines, the idea of inviting artists in front of the camera for the film shoot with "Destination Frankfurt RheinMain", which is responsible for marketing the region, was an obvious one. Destination Frankfurt RheinMain" is an association of the cities of Frankfurt, Hanau, Darmstadt, Aschaffenburg, the districts of Offenbach, Groß-Gerau, Main-Taunus, Wetterau and the city of Offenbach, which are presented as a tourist destination with #visitrheinmain.

Offenbach. Artfully and creatively staged

Under the direction of David Vasicek, Pix123, a fast-paced film has been created that doesn't tell the whole story in 30 seconds, but artfully stages some beautiful places: Photographer Yildiz Köremezli captures the character of places with her camera and because the Blue Crane in the harbor is one of her favorite motifs in the city, she took another look at it from the harbor steps. Il-Jin Atem Choi's work was somewhat more elaborate. The Städel graduate deals with forms in space and likes to use a spray can. For the film, he chose the Büsingpalais and sprayed it as graffiti on a film (which unfortunately fell victim to vandalism the very next day). The weekly market on Wilhelmsplatz is a colorful meeting place in the heart of the city and this is where Ute Jeutter took up position with her easel. The artist normally works in her studio in Bettinastrasse when she is not rehearsing and performing with her band. Ute Jeutter is also successful with her voice. Photography, graffiti, painting and finally drawing: graphic artist and musician Daniel Eyrich took over this part and came to the Main with his pad and charcoal pencil to sketch Isenburg Castle. Fast cuts and a dynamic beat, which is replaced by the trailer music of the destination in the last scene, when Nell brings a heart with her on her skateboard and completes "OFlovesU".
