The weekly market pleasure tours with Susanne Reininger start in March: tickets available now

Food journalist and cookbook author Susanne Reininger is once again inviting you to a total of ten entertaining guided tours of Offenbach's weekly market this year. It starts on Saturday, March 7, at 9 am. Reininger will take participants to selected market stalls. There they can be inspired by the respective offerings and also sample regional specialties and seasonal delicacies - with expert knowledge thrown in for good measure. Local fruit and vegetables, fish and poultry, cheese, herbs and spices can also be purchased. Susanne Reininger has the right recipes with her. The gourmet tours are organized by the city's real estate department and City Management.

The tours take place on the first Saturday of every month. October is an exception, as the tour has to take place a week later due to the public holiday on October 3rd.

The program includes the following market stalls, which will be visited in turn: Buxmann (eggs), Edelpilzzucht Kroll, Familiengärtnerei Jung, Frank's Kräuter- und Gewürzwelt, Kartoffel Jäger, Käse Häcker, Obsthof Lindenhof, Pure - kaltgepresste Säfte & Co, Räucherfisch Rothenbücher, Tran's Frühlingsrollen, Tausendschön Blumen and Wurstwaren Kaiser.

The meeting point for the approximately two-hour tour is at 9 a.m. at the "Streichholzkarlche" sculpture on the north side of Wilhelmsplatz, Bieberer Straße.
