The Offenbach flea market: dawdling along the Main promenade

The Offenbach flea market is one of the most beautiful of its kind in Germany. Its location on the Maindamm is unique.

Especially on sunny Saturdays, many thousands of people stroll along the Dammkrone past the often hundreds of stalls, which are framed by a dense avenue of trees. Offenbach's flea market has an authentic feel. Here, customers can still rummage through boxes filled with treasures from grandmother's cellar, examine old cupboards or rummage for old records and advertising signs.

Word of the special character of the Offenbach flea market has spread not only among traders but also among visitors from far and wide. Up to 15,000 flea market fans stroll along the beautiful banks of the Main every Saturday. The flea market has earned itself a very special place in the hearts of flea market fans thanks to affordable stall rents, the unique surroundings, the convenient parking facilities on the Main forecourt and a wide range of junk on offer. Almost exclusively private sellers dig real treasures out of cellars and storerooms week after week and surprise visitors time and again with bargains. The knowledgeable visitor always makes great finds here. In addition to old or at least used junk - new goods are strictly excluded - you can find almost everything here. Porcelain, glasses, cutlery, books, magazines, toys, jewelry, watches, furniture, decorative items and much more.

A stroll through or participation in the flea market is really fun and can be a pleasure and an experience for the whole family.

The flea market has been organized by Phönix Dienstleistungen GbR since 2009. Here (opens in a new tab) you can find out on which dates you can visit the flea market, what costs you will have to calculate as a stall holder, when and where you can rent a stall and how.
