Handover of the fire safety education/fire safety awareness equipment vehicle by the state of Hesse in Fulda
Since December 2023, our fire prevention education/fire safety education team has been successfully in service with a new equipment vehicle procured from the state. Today, the vehicle was officially handed over by the Ministry of the Interior in the presence of Minister of the Interior Prof. Dr. Roman Poseck in front of Fulda Cathedral. Many ideas from the local coordinators, the state fire brigade school and the state fire brigade association were incorporated into the design of the standardized state-wide vehicle. Everything needed for a lesson (e.g. in kindergartens or schools) is loaded on board. The state of Hesse was also responsible for the equipment and uniform foiling.
This material can be used to playfully show class participants how to deal with the dangers of fire, how to rescue themselves and how to make an emergency call. The vehicle also carries material for public relations work (e.g. at stands at festivals and in pedestrian zones).
