Klingspor permanent: Promoted. Collected. Shown.
Exhibition of book treasures - acquired with the help of the Friends of the Klingspor Museum Association. Permanent exhibition from the end of September 2025 to March 2026.
Limited access from December 2 - 5, 2025.
Promoted. Collected. Shown.
The Friends of the Klingspor Museum association has been in existence since 1958. It supports the museum's work in many ways, in particular through purchases for the museum. Now the permanent exhibition has been newly installed, and the special thing about it is that almost exclusively works and projects are shown that could be purchased and realized thanks to the support of the Association of Friends.
The exhibition shows a small selection of the many works of book art that were acquired with the help of the association. Graphics, international artists' books and high-ranking poster art can be discovered. The artistic techniques are just as varied as the themes covered.
The exhibition shows that the members of the association are a mainstay of the museum and their commitment enables art and culture to be kept alive. It was the members themselves who selected the works on display and the exhibition is also the museum's way of thanking the members of the association. The exhibition will be on display until March 2026.

Association of Friends of the Klingspor Museum Offenbach e.V.
The association supports the work of the globally networked Klingspor Museum both ideally and financially. In 2025, the association and the museum can look back on 67 years of successful cooperation. The members of the Friends' Association are a mainstay of the Klingspor Museum. Their commitment makes it possible to keep art and culture alive and bring them to life again and again. This exhibition as part of "Klingspor permanent" is therefore also a reflection of this community and shows how a valuable whole is created from many individual contributions.
View the exhibited works not only as art objects, but also as an expression of the togetherness of the museum, artists and all friends of the museum. Let yourself be inspired - and become part of the Friends of the Klingspor Museum.
Many thanks to all those who have made this exhibition possible - and enjoy discovering it!
