Wedding reception in the museum

The Klingspor Museum and the registry office of the city of Offenbach cordially invite bridal couples and their families to add a special touch to their wedding. A champagne reception after the civil ceremony offers a very special atmosphere in the adjacent museum rooms.

Treasures from the museum's book collection are presented and read aloud, selected poems and text passages play around the theme of love, affection and joie de vivre. This special form of congratulations is intended to last around 15-30 minutes and can be followed by an informal get-together with the wedding party and a tour of the rooms. All arrangements can be made individually with the couple. Drinks should be brought along or delivered the day before; they are served in the museum at no extra cost.

Rooms: First floor hall [access at the back, from the courtyard] or top floor [access from the main entrance, also with the elevator]; under the arcades in the courtyard [depending on the season].
The layout of the room depends on the respective exhibition situation and museum operations.
A maximum of 40 people are permitted.

Entrance fee [incl. presentation, crockery, cleaning]: € 200.00, max. 40 people.
Payment: Cash payment before or on the day itself. You will receive a receipt.
The event will be accompanied by a person from the museum.
The museum will provide: champagne glasses, water glasses, napkins, tablecloths [neutral colored light or black and white checkered].
You must provide your own floral decorations, small dishes (to be eaten out of the hand), their presentation (baskets, platters etc.) and other accessories.
