Children at the Klingspor Museum: open workshops, offers for groups, children's book exhibition in winter

For nursery school children, our team offers reading sessions followed by painting or handicrafts on the topics of "What surrounds me", "Swan Lake", "Dot dot dot dot dash" and others.
For schoolchildren, special books and writings from the museum's collection form the starting point for the museum's educational activities. Looking at and reflecting on them together is the beginning of each unit, followed by a practical application in a second step. The creative experience and the joy of doing are at the heart of the museum visit.
For elementary school, there are workshops on topics such as "Animal alphabets", "Printed nature" and "Reading adventures", while for secondary schools we have "Writing and its effect", "Poster!" and "Letters, signs and scribbles" in our program.

You can book an appointment for your daycare group or school class with our museum educator Monika Jäger. The museum is also open for groups on Mondays and mornings.
