Second Shape Studio: Give material a second life - May 12, 4 p.m.
How can old garments be rethought? With macramé. This technique creates new, three-dimensional shapes and objects by disassembling, rearranging and connecting. In the "Second Shape Studio" workshop, we transform used T-shirts into original macramé plant hangers - whether you are a beginner or a DIY fan. Younger children can also make colorful key rings.
Simple techniques, wooden rings and decorative beads are used to create individual pieces - sustainable, practical and unique. At the same time, we set an example for more conscious consumption and show how much potential there is in existing materials.
The upcycling workshop will be led by fashion designer Kanika Jindal.
