Ida Todisco is nominated for the German Reading Prize 2026

Ida Todisco has been nominated for the German Reading Award 2026 for her involvement in "On the Road - The Book Bus on LiteraTour in Offenbach". In collaboration with the Offenbach City Library, she regularly travels with the book bus on the "LiteraTour" to make reading more accessible and lively for everyone. The "On the Road" book bus regularly tours different parts of the city and brings books and people from very different backgrounds together in Offenbach. Everyone can take a seat in front of the bus and immerse themselves in the world of literature without any major hurdles and open to all.
From a total of almost 400 applications, only 50 initiatives in five categories were selected for the shortlist - including "On the Road". With this project, which she is implementing together with the city library, Ida Todisco is making an important and creative contribution to promoting reading.
