As part of the public participation process, public bodies and members of the public will be given the opportunity to comment on various sections of the report on municipal heat planning.

Analysis of the status quo of municipal heat planning is made public.

Public participation is an important component of municipal heating planning. In accordance with the legal requirement in Section 7 of the Heat Planning Act (WPG), the public should be informed about the key results of municipal heat planning and be able to make a statement.

In the period from 20.02.2026 to 22.03.2026, you now have the opportunity to view the results of the draft inventory analysis via the following link

In a first step, the results of the inventory analysis will be made available to the public. In this section, the existing heat supply in Offenbach is recorded in detail in order to derive potentials and future heat supply options on this basis.

In addition, the documents will be available for public inspection from 20.02.2026 to 22.03.2026 on the upper floor of the town hall, room OG 15, room for public announcements, Stadthof 15/Berliner Straße 100, Offenbach am Main, during office hours: Mondays to Thursdays from 08:00 to 16:00 and Fridays from 08:00 to 14:00.
