The parking garage is open around the clock.
Generously sized parking spaces
With a width of up to three meters, the parking spaces are generously sized and make it easy to park and get out of the car. Families with children, people with limited mobility and anyone who wants to store their shopping in the car will appreciate the extra-wide parking spaces.
The maximum entry height is 2 meters.
Innovative payment system without a parking ticket
- There is no barrier at the entrance and no ticket has to be taken. Instead, a camera records the license plate number on entry.
- This puts an end to the search for a ticket after shopping or visiting a restaurant and saves resources by eliminating the need for a parking ticket.
This is how it works:
- To pay, users must enter their license plate number at the pay station and the fee to be paid is displayed.
- Payment can be made with coins. It is therefore more convenient to pay by credit card or the "EasyPark" app, which can also be used to pay for other parking spaces in Offenbach. The app is started when you enter and stopped again when you leave - either manually or automatically, depending on the settings in the app. Payment via the "Mercedes me" app is also possible.
- The license plate number is also recorded by a camera on exit. Anyone who leaves the parking garage without paying will be charged an additional €45 per day on top of the parking fee.
- The monitor at the exit shows whether everything has gone according to plan - we recommend paying close attention to this.
- If parking has been paid for before the exit, the entry and exit data is automatically deleted.
Smart parking guidance system
A parking guidance system with red and green lights leads through the seven parking levels to keep search traffic to a minimum.
High level of safety & quality of stay
- Daily checks ensure that the floors remain clean.
- Bright and friendly parking levels ensure a high quality of stay.
- Around 200 cameras record what happens in the public parking spaces.
- For emergencies, there is a panic button connected to a camera on each floor, the alarm of which is transmitted to the security control center of the security service provider BWS.
E-charging stations
- Four charging points for electric vehicles are available on the 2nd floor. The charging points are operated by EVO.
