The photos may only be used free of charge for the purposes of print and online publications for press relations, advertising and public relations work about the City of Offenbach am Main.
The rights to the photos are held by the City of Offenbach am Main. Use of the images is only permitted if the author of the photo is named! Use without a copyright notice is not permitted. The download and the granting of a simple right of use are free of charge.
Use for commercial purposes (where the image forms the basis of the commercial activity, such as postcards or illustrated books intended for general sale) is not permitted. Use for archiving, in image databases and archives, the provision of images for download or for sale and transfer to third parties is not permitted.
Mechanical or digital processing or alteration of the images is only permitted to the extent that it does not lead to distortion, falsification or alienation of the images.
The images may not be used for unlawful or immoral contributions. This applies in particular to sexist, pornographic, racist, violence-glorifying, inciting, youth-endangering or discriminatory content. The City of Offenbach is not liable for claims arising from the unlawful use of the image material.
