Albert Schweitzer School
Extension of the Albert Schweitzer School from 2018 to 2019. Two existing pavilions were demolished and a new modular timber construction for eight classes was built.
The client was the municipal authorities of the city of Offenbach, represented by the Office for Urban Planning, Transport and Construction Management. Löwer & Partner Architekten from Darmstadt were commissioned as architects.
Construction was completed within five months. Six planners and eight companies were involved. Two existing pavilions were demolished and a new modular timber construction was erected for eight school classes. The costs amounted to 2.96 million euros.
