Daycare center 14 Waldhof
Refurbishment of the daycare center 14 Kleewasen 1 in 2009. The refurbishments included the roof, windows, facade and interior of the existing daycare center.
The daycare center was renovated within five months. The client was the Offenbach City Council, represented by City Planning and Construction Management. Eight planners and a total of 22 companies were involved. The cost volume amounted to 1.6 million euros, of which 1.24 million euros were financed by subsidies from the state.
During the construction period, the daycare center was relocated to a container facility.
