Refurbishment of daycare center 30 in Christian-Pleß-Straße from 2017 to 2018.
The client, Offenbach City Council, represented by the Office for Urban Planning, Transport and Construction Management, had daycare center 30 built in eight months for 2.78 million euros. Seven planners and a total of 13 companies were involved.
Rented rooms in a new building complex in Christian-Pleß-Straße on the former MAN site were converted and extended for the daycare center.
