Renovation and extension of the Ludwig-Dern-School
Refurbishment and extension of the Ludwig-Dern-Schule from 2010 to 2013.
The Ludwig-Dern School was renovated and extended at a cost of 12.15 million euros. 10.3 million euros came from the city's own funds and 1.85 million euros from subsidies.
The client was the Offenbach City Council, represented by the Office for Urban Planning, Transport and Construction Management. During the construction period, a container facility was erected as an interim solution. The new construction and refurbishment during the school's operation was divided into several sections. The building services of the existing buildings and the sports hall were completely renovated.
